1. Payment Confirmation

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

2. Refund Policy

"Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment"

If the product is not delivered within 5 working days then refund is applicable policy outlining the rules for returning purchased goods and services. This policy should include the return window, return requirements, and the process of return.

3. Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Policy informing the customer about the process of refund and exchanges that can occur due to a variety of reasons. The policy should include the refund processing time and mode of refund. If the product is not deliverd on time and it is not satisfied then there in no refund policy as per company norms.
