Thank you for buying at CRM Gleam Global Services operated by Gleam Global Services India Private Limited.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. This Return and Refund Policy is maintained by Gleam Global Services India Private Limited.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased from us.

Data/s refer to the items offered for sale on the Website.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Database Login Subscription from Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 48 Hrs with giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 48 Hrs from the date on which You received the Data Login

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the clear statement. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Order to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The Order were purchased in the last 48 Hrs

After Login into the Database Panel if more than 2 files or above 3 Mb Data Downloaded Refund is Not Applicable

The Data available in the login panel are common to every subscriber.

The Database subscription has different category refund and service based upon the plan subscribed.

The Data availability in subscribed login panel are taken from major common search engines like google, Yahoo, Bing etc.

The Data requested by Subscriber is based on the packages chosen by the subscriber and availability of the data in the search engines are only uploaded for subscriber usage.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Order

You are responsible for the Datas used before returning the Order to Us. You can send postal regarding any clarification at the following address:

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Order

Promo Code

If the Order were marked as a promocode used when purchased and then registered in website by you, You'll not receive any promo credit for the value of your return.

Steps to be followed for refund

1. Share the order ID from your registered email ID to support@globalcrmsoftware.com

2. Once order ID is verified refund will be initiated.

3. It takes upto 7 working days to process refund.

Refund Scenario :

If installation is not done within 5 Days from the purchase of software, only then the refund will be applicable.

2. For any refund request after 5 days from date of purchase please reach out to support@globalcrmsoftware.com, please mention your order ID, registered email from which software was purchased along with your reason for refund. Our support team will contact you within 24 hours and the process of refund will be initiated only if the reason meets our refund policy.
